Clerk) under the "Presumption of Life Limitation (Scotland ) Act 1891 at the instance of ANN GAUD1E, ISABELLA MARGARET GAUDIE and GEORG1NA GAUDIE, all residing at Hutter, in the Parish of Stromness and County of Orkney, Daughters of the deceased, George Gaudie, farmer, at Hutter aforesaid. cravIng ? ? the court to find that GEORGE WILLIAM JOHNSTON GAUDIE, who, when last heard of, was a seaman on the ship "Falls of Halladale which was wrecked near Australia, in November, 1908, and who was a brother of the petitioners, has disappeared, and that he shall he presumed to have died on 16th November 1915…..
